Aquatécnica entrusted Rockbuilding with the management of this project, which involves the demolition of the Estoril Eden Hotel and its reconstruction as Eden, a building consisting of 4 underground parking floors and technical areas, a hotel unit on the first 3 floors with 33 rooms and 32 luxury housing apartments, of different types, on the remaining 9 floors. The surrounding area outside the building will also be converted.
Rockbuilding carried out project management from the design phase, supporting the client and the design teams in the development of the project, interaction with the various entities, the launch of the tender and selection of the executing entities, as well as in the management and supervision of the contract. At the end of the contract, support will also be provided to the after-sales sales team during the delivery of the apartments to the Clients.
